Old tiles, fixtures and linings removed, then floors and walls made good, including framing or subfloor repairs where needed.

New pipework and wiring for taps, showers, lighting, LED mirrors and heated towel rails, by licensed trades.

Waterproofing
Showers and wet areas waterproofed to code before a single tile goes down.

Tiling
Floor-to-ceiling tiling, built-in niches and walk-in showers with linear drains.

Fit-off & finishing
Vanity, shower screen, tapware, toilet and mirror installed, details finished and the room handed back ready to use.

What happens after I ask for a quote?
We get in touch to talk through what you’d like to change, then book a time to visit, measure up and check the room. You get a detailed quote, and nothing goes ahead until you’re happy with it.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope, what we find on site and product availability. We confirm a realistic schedule once we’ve assessed the room and the scope is agreed.
The work
Do you manage all the trades?
Yes. One team coordinates the whole job, from strip-out and preparation through plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and tiling to fit-off, so you’re not juggling contractors.
Can you just redo the shower?
Yes. Shower and wet-area upgrades are part of what we do: waterproofing, tiling and fixtures done to code, so the area stays dry where it should.
Can you change the layout?
Yes. We assess the space and talk through whether keeping the layout or changing it, for example a bigger shower or no bath, suits how you use the room.
Is waterproofing included?
Yes. Showers and wet areas are waterproofed to code before any tiling starts.
Can you do more than one bathroom, or the laundry too?
Yes. We’ve renovated homes with two bathrooms, and bathrooms together with laundries. We also do kitchens, so tell us everything you have in mind and we’ll quote it together.
How do you look after my home during the works?
We protect the rest of your home while we work and keep a professional, respectful site. You get regular updates along the way.
